Committees

In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Board of Directors		Board of Directors governors over the club
Club Administration		Responsible for providing the most effective club meeting possible.
Community Service		Implement projects on civic improvement, community beautification, conservation, public affairs, literacy, safety and help for seniors and disabled persons.
Fair Food Stand		Plan and make preparations for the Clay County Fair Food Booth
Finance		Responsible for preparing estimated income and expenses for submissions to the Board, as well as any recommendations it may have on financial matters of the club.
Human & Spiritual Values		Implement projects that support spiritual development, provide human companionship and comfort
Membership Growth	Campbell, Jane Tlam, Kevin	Strives to increase membership
Public relations	Campbell, Jane	To spread the word in the community of the remarkable work KAF does for children and other entitles in the county by using all media outlets available to the club. This committee will develop media contacts, put together well-written communications, and have a web presence that attracts attention. These efforts will contribute directly to the success of club projects and events and promote growth in KAF.
Young Children: Priority One		Implement projects for children prenatal through age five. Projects can address child health, childcare, early development, nutrition, parenting education and support, pediatric, trauma or safety.
